The team

WIRWAR stands for a tangle of network cables, between which we were at home during the lockdown. We've had enough practice and socializing online over the past year, but now it's time to see each other in person again. A new and big gaming event for companies and students from Twente; that's WIRWAR.

In 2020 Jasper Ipskamp, Rick van der Linde and Bram Mittendorff came together and came up with the concept. Since then, a whole team of enthusiastic members has joined to create the WIRWAR event. From 2023, the event will be continued under the banner of GameLab Oost and led by Martijn de Rooij.
